Quick answers about accounts, matching, credits, privacy and the occasional stubborn camera. Most questions on this page take under a minute to resolve; the rest end at contact support.
1. Getting started
The basics — what you need before the first conversation. Spoiler: almost nothing.
- Do I need an account to start a video chat?
- No. Open the site, look at who's online or tap match, and start talking — no email, no password, no card. An account only becomes worth having later, if you want your credits and conversation history to follow you across devices.
- Is HornyGirl free to use?
- Starting is free and stays free: browsing the gallery, opening profiles and beginning a conversation cost nothing. Extended private call time runs on credits, and every price shows on screen before anything is charged. If you want the honest breakdown of where free ends and credits begin, it's written out on the free sex video call page.
- How old do I have to be?
- 18 or older, no exceptions — this is an adult platform. Profiles that misstate age are removed when found, and you can report one from inside any call or profile.
2. Matching & calls
Two doors into the same room: pick someone yourself, or let the shuffle decide.
- How does matching work here?
- Two ways. One tap on random video chat connects you with someone new who's online right now. Or skip the shuffle entirely: scroll the live hot girl video chat gallery, open a profile you like, and start the call with her specifically. Neither way involves a queue or a waiting room.
- Can I switch people mid-session?
- Anytime. Leaving a call takes one tap and drops you back where you were — the gallery if you were browsing, the next match if you were shuffling. Nobody is locked into a conversation on either side.
- Are the girls on camera real?
- Yes. Every profile passes identity verification before it can take calls, so the face on the card is the face that answers. No loops of recorded footage, no AI-generated faces, no stock photos.
- What happens if a call drops?
- Usually it's a connection hiccup on one side — you land back where you were and can reconnect from her profile. If it keeps happening, run through the technical checklist further down this page.
3. Credits & billing
Where money does and doesn't enter. Short version: it never enters silently.
- What are credits actually for?
- One thing: extending private call time. Browsing, profiles and starting conversations never touch them. Credits are spent only while you're actually on a call, at a rate shown before you commit.
- Will I ever be charged without knowing?
- No. There is no subscription renewing in the background and no hidden trial converting to paid. Every charge is a price you saw on screen and actively accepted — that's the whole billing model.
- How do I see what I've spent?
- Your wallet shows your current balance and purchase history. If a number ever looks wrong to you, contact support with the approximate time and we'll trace it.
4. Privacy & safety
Your camera, your name, your pace — all three stay under your control.
- Do I have to turn my camera on?
- No. Your camera stays off until you switch it on, and plenty of people start with voice or text first — how camera control works during an adult video chat is covered in detail on that page. Turning it on is always your choice, never a condition of the call.
- Can I stay anonymous?
- Yes. No real name, no email and no social login are required. Nothing from a call follows you off the platform, and calls are never recorded or published.
- How do I report or block someone?
- Report and block sit one tap away inside every call and every profile. Blocks take effect immediately, and reports are reviewed against our community guidelines — repeat offenders lose access.
- What data do you keep about me?
- As little as the service needs to run. The full picture — what's collected, why, and how to have it deleted — is written in plain language in our privacy policy.
5. Technical troubleshooting
Ninety percent of "the site is broken" is one of these four things.
- My camera or microphone isn't working — what do I check?
- First: browser permissions. Look for the camera icon in the address bar and make sure this site is allowed. Second: another app (Zoom, Teams, another tab) may be holding the camera — close it. Third: on phones, check the system-level camera permission for your browser.
- Which browsers are supported?
- Any current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, on desktop or mobile. There is nothing to install — the whole experience runs in the browser tab.
- Calls are choppy or keep freezing — is it me or the site?
- Usually the connection. Wi-Fi beats mobile data, and closing bandwidth-heavy tabs (video streams, large downloads) helps more than people expect. If everything else on your connection is smooth and only calls stutter, contact support with your rough location and time.
